Shana is a professional who showed us listings, provided valuable information and offered suggestions based on her vast experience in this field. Never was there any pressure from her in arriving at a decision. It was always a logical evaluation – pros vs. con, leading to a final decision on whether we wanted to move forward or not with the purchase process. This was a unique quality for a real estate professional; which we had not noticed in the agents that we tried to work prior to meeting Shana.She was extremely organized, disciplined, was honest in providing information and very punctual in meeting with us at the listings that we had scheduled to see. She responded very promptly by email or phone with answers on any questions that we had. More importantly it was her candid demeanor which contributed in making her very trustworthy; thereby improving our belief in her – both from a personal and professional stand point.
