SAME DAY CLOSINGS!

Shana helped us sell our current house and buy another one at the same time. She did an excellent job in managing both the tasks simultaneously. Everything she said fell in place as if we were following a pre-written script.

First she helped us finalize the deal on the purchase and defined appropriate time before closing. …

Then she put our current house on sale at the right price (slightly above per sq. ft. rate for recent sales in our subdivision). We had a full price offer within 2 days!!!!

The closing for sale and purchase happened on the SAME DAY!! (Amazing!) Since the sale was before the purchase we did not have pay a single dollar from our pocket at the closing.

Overall, a highly satisfying and smooth experience. I would highly recommend working with her.
